The successful in-orbit demonstration of our software onboard ESA’s OPS-SAT PRETTY Satellite

For the first time in April 2026, our autonomous scheduling and on-board networking client with time-based routing tables has been successfully demonstrated in space.
This demonstration represents an important step towards interoperable networks in space and will be followed by further demonstrations and experiments, paving the way for resilient and secure satellite communications – including fully post-quantum cryptography (PQC) secured control-plane operations.

The OPS-SAT spacecraft is operated by Technische Universität Graz, while experimentation is coordinated by European Space Agency – ESA’s European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) in Darmstadt.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making this achievement possible. We are proud to contribute to the next generation of scalable and secure space networking technologies.
